| Basic Requirements |
- Minimum 23 years of age and must have
- clean MVR and at least 3yrs CDL trucking
experience, complete with background references and prior employment
history.

- Truck driving school does not count as prior trucking
experience.
|
- Any driver with 3-4 years of experience will require
their prior employment history and references.
|
- Possess a valid driver's license for the past 12
month.
|
- All drivers of 65 must submit a current med
certificate and carry a clean MVR.
|
- We do not accept a driver with more than 1 negligent
accident within 36 months.
|
- Accidents/Violations will be reviewed on a per bases
per MVR and CDL experience.
|
- Suspensions on an MVR will be taken into
consideration when reviewing and MVR.
|
- Must possess a Social Security card.
|
- We do weigh driver responsibility on all claims &
accidents that are reported on the loss runs. MVR may show no action,
but we do examine the driver activity on loss runs for the prior 36
months.
|
- DUI/Drug Related - no driver will be accepted for
this type of activity within 5 years of policy date.
|
- The company has their own driver monitoring
guidelines and does not rely on the insurance carrier to maintain driver
activity.
|
- Must provide proof of US citizenship or eligibility
for employment.
|
- Present a clean, well-groomed, professional
appearance.
|
- Applicant must pass the DOT physical and DOT
controlled substance and alcohol testing.
|
- Applicant must possess a valid Commercial Driver's
License.
